This Website is operated by Cramer + Cramer Sàrl, a Swiss art and design studio with its ordinary place of business in rue de la Muse 8, 1205 Geneva, Switzerland (hereinafter “C+C”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. The Website offers user accounts, newsletters, downloadable materials, and displays pictures and other depictions of artworks by Philippe Cramer (“Artist”).
All products, artworks, designs thereof and derivative works (e.g. images, photographs, texts, graphics, and downloads) thereof (“Content”) are the sole property of the Artist. The Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial viewing. Any other use of the Content such as, without limitation,reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, commercial use, automated scraping, or AI-training use of Content is strictly prohibited without prior written consent of the Artist.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. C+C may suspend or terminate accounts in cases of misuse.
To the fullest extent permitted under Swiss law, the Website and Content are provided “as is” without any warranties. C+C does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, IT security, integrity, availability of data, freedom from malware, or accuracy of Content. C+C disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages, data loss, service interruptions, system failures, device/network issues, or third-party links. Nothing limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence where legally prohibited.
The Website may contain external links. C+C does not control or guarantee the content or security of third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their use.

These Terms are governed by Swiss substantive law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory legal venues.
All products, artworks, designs thereof and derivative works thereof are the sole property of their author Philippe Cramer. These products, artworks, designs and any
derivative works thereof may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of the author. All and any copies, adaptations or interpretations of these designs
are subject to the same copyright laws.
